You're in safe hands

The RingGo cashless parking service is provided by Cobalt Telephone Technologies  - an established UK company that specialises in the provision of business critical services around the clock. Cobalt already works with the parking departments of nearly 40 UK local authorities, provides support services to companies such as NCP and is a corporate member of the British Parking Association.

Responsible for, amongst other things, the smooth running of the Tesco retail network, the sale of Manchester United's away and home match tickets, and the crew co-ordination for five UK airlines, Cobalt's expertise in the automation of telephone based transactions has few, if any, rivals. The infrastructure that hosts the RingGo service is entirely duplicated across separate sites and relies on core technologies from leading companies that include Intel, IBM, and British Telecom. Cobalt clears UK banking payments through all of the UK acquirers.

The security features of the RingGo phone parking infrastructure ensure that the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 are met in full. As a result, strict confidentiality regarding the information that is stored and processed about its clients is maintained.
