What happens if I get a parking ticket?
If you've used RingGo correctly, and have parked in accordance with the rules, your parking ticket will be cancelled by the enforcing authority. You'll find their phone number on signage in the car park, or probably on the charge notice itself.
Please don't phone us. The enforcing authority alone administers violations, ticket payments and appeals. When you call them make sure you mention that you paid by phone with RingGo. It will help them to clear things up much more quickly for you.
